Global shipping costs are set to £29.99, this includes the UK, EU and the rest of the  Countries we deliver to (with the exception of the USA, which is a flat rate of $59.99)

From the point where you order to the phone being in your hands can  take between 5-8 business days. We always aim to have it with you ASAP but please remember, these phones ship from China/Hong Kong!

Shipping is provided by DHL Express, UPS and FedEx.

Accessories with reduced or free shipping, can take up to 12 business days.

U.S. customers please note, you must provide us with a FedEx account number upon ordering as it is a legal requirement for us to ship to your country. If you do not have one, you can create one for free within minutes at www.FedEx.com.

Custom Fees/VAT

 

While the majority of shipments receive no fees,  we do our best to mitigate and remove all customs/VAT fees, this is not always possible in countries such as Greece, Hungary and Ireland. We will work with you on any fees we deem to be high, typically splitting the bill 50/50 or in some cases we cover it all!
