Oppo Find N6: A "Creaseless" Powerhouse Launching Sooner Than You Think

Garry Clark

Here at Average Dad we all love the Oppo Find N5 as most of the team have owned at least one over the past year. It was in fact the Oppo Find N5 that allowed me to start building a relationship with our founder Mike as he was gracious enough to lend me one for a review on my previous publication. I then proceeded to buy that device and then after selling it and trialling a few other folding phones I ended up buying another one!

Well we.now have some more details on the next iteration the Oppo Find N6 and I am a little bit excited by it.

Oppo is officially turning up the heat. After teasing a post-Chinese New Year launch, we finally have a clearer picture of when the Oppo Find N6 will hit the stage—and it’s looking like a total beast.

Mark Your Calendars: March 17 is the Day

While we originally expected a late February debut, a new leak from tipster Yogesh Brar suggests Oppo is eyeing March 17 for the big reveal. The launch is set to cover China, the EU, and select markets in South Asia.

Bad news for our readers in India, though: it looks like Oppo is skipping the country again, similar to what happened with the Find N5.

The "Unnoticeable" Crease

Oppo isn't just making another foldable; they’re trying to solve the industry’s biggest headache. Zhou Yibao, head of the Find series, recently shared a video showing off the N6's design. The big claim? It features the shallowest display crease in the industry. If they’ve truly managed to make the screen feel seamless, the Find N6 could easily become the new gold standard for book-style foldables.

Pro-Grade Specs & Titanium Style

Under the hood, this phone is built like a tank. It’s rumored to be one of the first foldables powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

Here’s the spec breakdown:

  • Cameras: A massive 200MP main sensor, flanked by a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 50MP ultrawide.
  • Battery: A solid 6,000mAh cell with 80W fast charging.
  • Extras: AI-powered stylus support and a "thin and light" chassis.
  • Colors: You’ll be able to grab it in a sleek Titanium or a bold Orange.

Oppo is clearly aiming for the "Ultra" crown with this one. With a massive battery and a virtually invisible crease, March 17 can’t come soon enough!
