Honor Magic V6 now available to pre order via Honor Website in Europe

Today is a good day for foldable fans all across Europe as the Honor Magic V6 has now finally been opened for pre orders. While the new device has been teased a few times on the depths of the internet over the last few months due to the Honor's staggered release dates and launch cycles, we now have the official launch details.
So let's get into it, this new generation foldable has a closed up thickness of 8.75mm and an unfolded thickness of 4mm (white version). It has a 6.52-inch outer display and a 7.95-inch inner foldable display. Both the displays feature 1 -120Hz refresh rates and 6000 nits of peak brightness for the outer display with the inner being slightly lower at 5000 nits. When combined with the ultra-low reflectivity of 1.5%, visibility the phone is clear and crisp even in direct sunlight. Lastly as is Honor's way we have very high 4320Hz PWM for eye care (the Honor Eye Care suite is extensive to say the least
The phone’s power comes from a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor built on a 3nm architecture. This high-end processor is complemented by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Available in a single storage option of 512GB and 12GB of RAM, the Honour Magic V6 also features a full-stack Vulkan graphics engine. This engine seamlessly supports 120 FPS in demanding mainstream titles on its large inner display, setting a new benchmark for foldable performance.
The charging is taken care of by Honor's normal SuperCharge adapter at 80W Wired and 66W Wireless HONOR SuperCharge alongside Wireless Reverse Charging. HONOR’s proprietary system technologies, including the HONOR E2 Power Enhanced Chip and advanced RF enhancements, optimize power efficiency and guarantee reliable connectivity. This delivers a truly uncompromised flagship experience.
As an Honor flagship device, it’s reasonable to expect a high-end camera system. Honour doesn’t disappoint with the HONOR AI Falcon Camera System. This includes a 50MP Ultra Light Sensitive Main Camera, a 64MP Ultra Sensing Periscope Telephoto Camera with a 1/2-inch sensor and CIPA 6.5-stop image stabilisation, and a 50MP Ultra-Wide Camera. This combination delivers stunning results in low-light, long-range and everyday situations.
Of course the camera is ably supported by a wealth of AI powered features including AI Color Engine, Magic Color 2.0, Magic Video Color, and AI Image to Video 2.0—elevates the creative process with real-time optimisation, cinematic colour grading, and intelligent posing guidance.
In addition to the camera-focused AI tools, Magic OS 10 has a plethora of additional AI tools, including AI Settings Agent, AI Photos Agent, AI Suggestion, and AI Screen Suggestions. However, a new addition to this release is a multitasking trigger known as Fast Flex, which will, with a quick partial close of the unfolded screen, trigger the multitasking interface for you. As before on previous Honor devices, you now also have seamless file sharing capabilities with iOS and Mac computers as well as PC via Honor Share. When sharing to other Android devices or Chromebooks, then Quickshare is also on board.
Google, as always, has been involved with Honor in the development of the phone’s software, and as a result, you get all of the normal Gemini tools that you are used to, along with a 3-month free trial for the Google AI Tier, which gives you more online storage (5TB) and access to all the very latest Gemini-powered AI engines, such as Nano Banana Pro for image generation, Veo 3.1 for video generation, and the AI Filmmaking tool Flow. Just be aware that after the first 3 months, this becomes chargeable.

The Honor Magic V6 will come in four different colours Red, Gold, White, and Black. The white is the thinnest version due to its back being made of a different material and the Red version has a vegan leather rear panel.
That is all well and good if you reside in Europe or a region where Honor has a retailer but what about our friends in regions that don't have access to Honor devices? well of course the Average Dad Tech Store is here for you and at the time of writing the phone is available for order (not pre-order) as a global device starting from the same £1499 for the 512 GB version but if you are quick enough there is a 1TB version available for £1599 but these are in limited numbers so you will need to be quick!
